  • How much is a membership? The cost is $5.99 a month.
  • How do I pay for PolkaDot Pantry? The credit or debit card used at registration will be charged $5.99 once a month.
  • I already know how to coupon. Is this worth it? Yes! Let us do the searching FOR you. PLUS, we pay you $5 for EVERY new member you refer to PolkaDot Pantry!
  • How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your membership anytime by sending an email to contact@polkadotpantry.com
  • I forgot my password, what can I do? From the home page, Click “Forgot Password?” A link to generate a temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you click the link to generate a temporary password, it will be emailed to you. After logging in, you can go to “My Profile” to choose a new password.
  • How do I edit the information I entered at the time of registration? Once you are logged in as a member, go to the “My Profile” section and you can edit it there.
  • What do members get to take advantage of on this site that non-members do not? Members are able to view the “Top Deals” page that gives a list of deals that are free, better than free, and ridiculously cheap at many of your favorite stores. You may also customize your search based on stores, deals, and product categories. Members also get to take advantage of special give-aways in our Pantry Prize section, and finally, members get to take advantage of our referral program. You can read more about that here.
  • Can I give PolkaDot Pantry as a gift to a friend? Yes, this feature will be available in a few months.
  • I am not a member. Can I still sign up for your monthly newsletters? Yes!
  • What stores do you cover? Right now we cover the following stores: Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, and RiteAid. More stores will be added in the upcoming months. Be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter for updates.
  • Are you looking for more Pantry Pros? Yes, we are always interested in covering new stores. Check out this link to find out more.

Referral Questions

  • Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer? Nope. For every new member you refer, you will receive $5.
  • If I refer someone, how do I get credit?
    • If you refer someone in person, make sure to tell them to enter your “username” in the “referred by” section of the registration form when they sign up.
    • If they come from a link on your website, email or social media link, the “referred by” box will not be visible to them. PolkaDot Pantry will automatically know YOU referred them.
  • My friend forgot to put my “username” down as a referral. Can I still get credit? Unfortunately our system is automated and keeps up with referrals by custom links and the referred by field on the registration page. Sorry we are unable to go in and make those changes.
  • How can I keep track of my referrals? Once you are logged in as a member, click “My Referrals” You will see a graph that will show you the number of referrals you have each month and how they were referred.
  • When do I get paid for the new members I referred? Once your referral account reaches $25 worth of “active” members, you will be issued a payout.
  • What is an “active” member? An active member will have been registered for at least 2 billing cycles. Any member who opts out BEFORE the 60 day time frame will NOT count toward your referral payout.
  • It says on the “My Referral” page that I have cash pending. What does that mean? This means you have referred a new member that hasn’t been registered for at least 2 billing cycles.
  • How will I get my money? PolkaDot Pantry will issue the payment to your personal bank account. Make sure to update the “My Profile” page with your account information.

 

  • Is it safe for me to give you my bank account information? Yes, PolkaDot Pantry will never store your bank account information. Payouts happen through a secure payment processor.
  • Can you just send my payment in the form of a check? Only direct deposit will be available.
  • In the PolkaDot Pantry Surprise Promotion, if I get 50 referrals do I get the Flip camera and the iPad? Only the iPad will be awarded for reaching 50 referrals unless you choose to receive the Flip camera instead of the iPad. I would take the iPad, if I were you.
  • Do I receive the prize when I reach that number or when the promotion ends? The same rules and conditions as referral payouts apply. Prizes will be awarded 60 days following the promotion end date.
  • Do I still get the $5 per new member referral PLUS the prize for that promotion? Yes!
